In
the process to offer complete solution; SAVAIR started
offering turnkey project for energy efficient and
optimized compressed air plant. The complete evaluation
is done for generation, air treatment, distribution
and usage of the compressed air plant requirement
in consultation with the client in the conceptual
stage itself. Every aspect such as; minimum capacity,
peak demand, quality of air, optimum pressure required,
pressure drop, monitoring and control requirement,
future expansion plans are discussed with the client
in minute details during the designing stage.

The plant is designed with optimum capacity, 100%
reliability to mach all technical specification
to suit the specific requirement of the customer.
At most care is take during the design about the
optimum pressure, flow rate, idle running of compressors,
pressure drop in air treatment section, distribution
line and even leakages in the distribution network.

Subsequently
all the equipments and systems such as compressors,
driers, filters, optimizers are chosen on the basis
of its energy efficiency and reliability in consultation
with customer. Adequate care is taken even in the
sizing of piping, valves, and accessories, of receivers
as well as intermediate receivers. Once the equipments
are finalized the execution is carried out under
the strict guidance of our experts in the specified
time frame as committed.

In the above process the total capacity required
by the plant also can be optimized; which will results
in overall reduction in energy consumption of the
plant. The saving in an optimized compressed air
plant from SAVAIR is in the tune of 18 to 20% as
compared to other conventional plants.

One
of the prestigious SAVAIR turnkey projects was implemented
at Bharat Forge Limited, Pune for its state of art
crank shaft machining centre in a record time at
their MCD-II plant. This plant is a part of the
second largest forging and crank shafts manufacturing
company in the world. The installed capacity of
the plant 3000 CFM, with optimum pressure of 6 Bar
and with a standard dew point requirement of +3C
for complete plant and specific applications with
-40C. The whole turnkey project has been implemented,
commissioned and provided the performance test at
site as per the commitment and specific technical
requirement of our client.
The company is now geared up with all infrastructures
to take such project in large way.
