Treating compressed air clean, dry & oil free was as a luxury till recent times. Global competition has made customer to treat compressed air before it is supplied to pneumatic tools, CNC machines, automation or even critical process application for better product quality and system reliability. By filtration the pneumatic system not only becomes efficient, but also improves reliability and drastically reduces down time; improves the life of compressed air system.

All filters up to 1500 CFM are with Al. housing; all filters above 100 CFM are provided with DP gauges to indicate clogging, to change elements in time; integrated with auto drain trap can operate up to 16 BAR. Borosilicate & activated carbon media is used for filtration with micron from 5 up to 0.01 micron to remove dust as well as oil particles completely. This ensures consistency in air quality and gives excellent performance even in critical situation. Al. housing reduces problems related clogging of filters.

Proper sizing of end connection and flow area ensures minimum pressure drop; saves energy loss and off the shelf availability of replacement element and filters avoid down time and reduce inventory.

To provide customers with their different needs of replacement element of compressed air and gases, SAVAIR started offering retrofit filter elements for different imported brand & make of filters. Elements of different brands are available to suit all technical specification, flow rate and micron rating ranging from 5 micron to 0.01 micron at an economical rate. In the market elements of different brands are not available easily, We also have our own filter elements which are of good quality and available in stock for all capacities. These elements can be independently identified with the color coding given for a specific micron rating. These elements are been designed for different filtration ranging from removal of dust particles to oil removals. These filters are been designed in different sizes and shapes in line with the capacity requirement. These filters are made of borosilicate material and also of activated carbon according to the different micron ratings.
