In bigger manufacturing set ups having a large compressor population and many compressor rooms, the operations and monitoring of compressed air system is very laborious and likely to operate larger number of compressors than required and cause heavy energy losses besides involving large manpower. In spite of having excess manpower and excess compressor running, it becomes impossible to maintain optimum pressure, which also results in production losses, inconsistency in quality and additional consumption of air and excess leakages.

This system incorporates all the three basic modules and also has a microprocessor based monitoring and management system to track and record parameters like pressure, energy and compressor usage patterns. The microprocessor accesses various analog and digital inputs and derives the outputs to direct the operations of the compressed air system. This operates in conjunction with our VFC, which ensures energy saving and maintains the system without pressure fluctuation. The system is PC compatible and can be connected by a remote PC up to 1000 meters. Away.
